Booth Details
All tabletop exhibits will be equipped with a 6ft. draped table, wastebasket, and two chairs.
ACDIS will NOT be making any announce regarding raffles. Should your onsite team choose to execute a raffle, each exhibitor or sponsor is responsible for selecting and connecting with your winner. Your team is also welcome to list your winner in our conference app (should you provide us with their name) however it is up to your team to ultimately connect with your raffle winner.
Inbound shipping – all items for this event should either be brought onsite by your team, or send to the Fedex office onsite at the JW Marriott connected to the ICC. DO NOT ship your items for OPCDI Symposium with your ACDIS Annual items to the Shepard Warehouse, those packages will NOT be delivered to your booth in the ACDIS Annual exhibit hall until Sunday, 4/7/24.

Outbound shipping details – any items you wish to ship out from this event should be packaged up at your exhibitor table, labled and you need to schedules a pick-up from a carrier (Fedex or UPS) for packages to be picked up at the ICC location, room 128. The ICC and/or the event organizers are NOT responsible for any packages left behind by exhibitors. You can also have your team package up their items, and take them to the Fedex office located in the JW Marriott for shipping.

Booth Rules
We ask that all exhibitors adhere to our no amplified sounds in the exhibit hall rule. This includes the use of microphones for demos, singing, and entertainment in the exhibit hall.
Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to have any type of booth services (entertainment, food, beverage, etc.) must provide this information to Mary Ann Genovese in writing before the event. No entertainment/service will be allowed in the exhibit hall without written approval. Indianpolis Covention Center has VERY strict rules surrounding any edible items, so please connect with Mary Ann Genovese in advance to discuss.
If you are planning any kind of event at the hotel, you MUST contact the hotel for their assistance regarding any food & beverage and entertainment. Hotels have strict policies regarding outside vendors.
