Beau E. Pemberton

Beau E. Pemberton has been in practice with the firm since August, 2008. He is a 2005 graduate of UT-Martin (Summa Cum Laude) and a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law at Knoxville. While at UT Law, Beau was actively involved in several boards governing the law school, including the Academic Standards Board and the Faculty Appointments Committee, serving two terms on both committees. Beau was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, a published writer, and the inaugural recipient of the James H. Jarvis II Life and Law Award while at UT-Law.
Beau began his private practice in West Tennessee at the firm: James H. Bradberry & Associates where he serves clients all over Tennessee. His practice focuses on Estate Planning and Probate, Elder Law, Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations, Business Law, Real Estate, and Municipal Law. Beau is also a long-time adjunct faculty member at UT-Martin and teaches courses in Agriculture Law, Business Law, Criminal Procedure, and many other law-based courses.
