Hotel Reservations

Speakers are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. For the benefit of all attendees, we have contracted discounted hotel rates. Speakers are expected to book their hotel stay at one of the secured properties as part of the ACDIS Conference room block.

We strongly advise you to book your hotel room as soon as possible:

    • Your arrival should be scheduled for at least the night before you are scheduled to present (so that in case of any travel difficulties you do not miss your session timeslot).
  • You will need to provide a credit card for incidentals upon check-in.
  • HCPro/DecisionHealth has no affiliation with any third-party companies or travel assistance providers. Rooms should be booked directly with the event hotel using the official information provided on the website and in the brochure.

 

On-Site Notes

  • Business professional attire required: This includes long-sleeve collared shirts, sweaters, blouses, slacks, dresses, and skirts.
  • Speakers are requested to be present in their session room at least 15 minutes before seminar start time.
