- NOTE: Exhibitor space is in a ballroom. Exhibitors are allowed to set up, but we STRONGLY suggest that you do not leave any valuables/equipment, as this is not a locked ballroom and there will not be any security.

Booth Details
All booths will be equipped with a 6ft. draped table, wastebasket, and two chairs.
Raffles: DecisionHealth will be announcing winners of their own raffles during the second to last session of the event. Due to size of the event, we will NOT announce winners of exhibitor or sponsor raffles. Should your onsite team choose to execute a raffle, you are responsible for selecting and connecting with your winners.

All Exhibitor are response for shipping and receiving their own packages based on the hotel their are staying at, all details are listed on the above attached documentation.
Out-bound shipping details is available via the Paris Fedex Office located within the Paris Hotel. Exhibitor will be responsible to pack up their own tables and bring any packages they wish to have shipped out to this location. The hotel and/or the event organizers are NOT responsible for any packages left behind by exhibitors.
Electrical and Hardwired Internet Services: To order these services please view the Exhibitor Services Kit for information, see page 2 for specific details. Free WiFi is available to all exhibitors and attendees. However, if you are planning to run demos in your booth, we strongly recommend ordering hardwired internet, as the event WiFi may not have enough bandwidth to support your efforts.
Free WIFI will be provided to all registered attendees of the event, here are the details:

Booth Rules
We ask that all exhibitors adhere to our no amplified sounds in the exhibit hall rule. This includes the use of microphones for demos, singing, and entertainment in the exhibit hall.
Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to have any type of booth services (entertainment, food, beverage, etc.) must provide this information to Mary Ann Genovese in writing before the event. No entertainment/service will be allowed in the exhibit hall without written approval. Once approved by DecisionHealth, the exhibitor will need to provide vendor’s full name, business name, Certificate of Insurance and dates/times vendor will be onsite during conference hours.
If you are planning any kind of event at the hotel, you MUST contact the hotel for their assistance regarding any food & beverage and entertainment. Hotels have strict policies regarding outside vendors.

Team Registrations: Please have all onsite team members come to the registration desk in the Champagne Ballroom Foyer to pick but their badges. At this time all badges for Exhibitor Staff have been prepared so if you have a change to a registration, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-650-6787 immediately to make the change. Or your team member can visit us onsite at the registration desk to make the change.
