Exhibit Hall for this event is in the Silver Ballroom at the Horseshoe Las Vegas. The Silver Ballroom is located on the Ground Level of the Resort Tower.  Please follow signage that will be strategically placed to find your way.

Exhibitor Move-In

    • NOTE: Exhibitor space is in a ballroom, exhibitors are allowed to set up but we STRONGLY suggest that you do not leave any valuables/equipment as this is not a locked ballroom and there will not be any security.

Booth Details

All booths will be equipped with a 6ft. draped table, wastebasket, and two chairs.

Raffles: DecisionHealth will be announcing winners of their own raffles during the last session of the day on Wednesday, May 8th. However due to size of the event, we will NOT announce winners of exhibitor or sponsor raffles.  Should your onsite team choose to execute a raffle, each exhibitor or sponsor is responsible for selecting and connecting with their winners).  We can list the winner in our conference app (should your team provide us with a name) however it is up to your team to ultimately connect with your raffle winner(s).

All Exhibitor are response for shipping and receiving their own packages based on the hotel their are staying at, all details are listed on the above attached documentation.

Out-bound shipping details is available via the Paris Fedex Office located within the Paris Hotel.  Exhibitor will be responsible to pack up their own tables and bring any packages they wish to have shipped out to this location.  The hotel and/or the event organizers are NOT responsible for any packages left behind by exhibitors.

Electrical and Hardwired Internet Services are available via the hotel.  Click here to visit the website where you can order any electrical services you may need for your booth.  Free WiFi is available to all exhibitors and attendees, however if you are planning to run demos in your booth, we strongly recommend ordering hardwired internet as the bandwidth we have for the event may not be able to support your efforts.

Booth Rules

We ask that all exhibitors adhere to our no amplified sounds in the exhibit hall rule.  This includes the use of microphones for demos, singing, and entertainment in the exhibit hall.

Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to have any type of booth services (entertainment, food, beverage, etc.) must provide this information to Mary Ann Genovese in writing before the event.  No entertainment/service will be allowed in the exhibit hall without written approval.

If you are planning any kind of event at the hotel, you MUST contact the hotel for their assistance regarding any food & beverage and entertainment. Hotels have strict policies regarding outside vendors.

We do not validate parking at event location.
