Measuring Engagement for Long-Term SuccessImproving engagement and retention in any organization requires on-going purposeful intervention. The foundation of the action-research model learned in Cohort 3 requires that employers have reliable measurements of the employment climate, and that regular and on-going actions are implemented to improve on workplace conditions. |
