Booth Details

All booths will be equipped with a 6ft. draped table, wastebasket, and two chairs.

All Exhibitor are response for shipping and receiving their own packages based on the hotel their are staying at, all details are listed on the above attached documentation.

Electrical and Hardwired Internet Services:  To order these services please view the TBD Free WiFi is available to all exhibitors and attendees. However, if you are planning to run demos in your booth, we strongly recommend ordering hardwired internet, as the event WiFi may not have enough bandwidth to support your efforts.

Free WIFI will be provided to all registered attendees of the event, here are the details:

Booth Rules

We ask that all exhibitors adhere to our no amplified sounds in the exhibit hall rule.  This includes the use of microphones for demos, singing, and entertainment in the exhibit hall.

Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to have any type of booth services (entertainment, food, beverage, etc.) must provide this information to Mary Ann Genovese in writing before the event.  No entertainment/service will be allowed in the exhibit hall without written approval.  Once approved by DecisionHealth, the exhibitor will need to provide vendor’s full name, business name, Certificate of Insurance and dates/times vendor will be onsite during conference hours.

If you are planning any kind of event at the hotel, you MUST contact the hotel for their assistance regarding any food & beverage and entertainment. Hotels have strict policies regarding outside vendors.
