Travel
Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
Arrival/Departure: Please plan on arriving on December 7th before 11:00 a.m., and staying through our 11:30 a.m. adjournment on December 8th. Should you not be able to find a flight that gets you into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport before 11:00 a.m., email Marcus Archibald as soon as possible at marchibald@simplifycompliance.com to extend your stay to check-in on Wednesday, December 6th. Please note the night of December 6th would not be the responsibility of the member.
Avoid the reimbursement process by utilizing our corporate travel agent, Travelink! Member Materials
A few weeks before the event, we will send out member materials, which will include a program guide, details about discussion topics, and more. In our program guide we include member headshots and information, so please send Marcus Archibald at marchibald@simplifycompliance.com a headshot and complete the accommodations questionnaire by Friday, October 6, 2023. If you’d like to use a headshot from a previous exchange, please email me to let me know. When submitting head shots, please make sure that you send via a TIF or JPG format; 300 DPI and 3×3.5 inches in color. Please do not embed the pictures in a Word document or PowerPoint slide.
