– UPDATE: Booth set up is now scheduled to start at 2pm on Friday, May 2nd.
– All booths should be set and ready to go on Saturday, 5/3 at 7am which is the start of the registration/breakfast.
– Booths should be manned during exhibit times.
– Exhibit hall will be closed during sessions, no meetings should be scheduled during times the exhibit hall is closed.

For information on the Attendee Portal, please have registered exhibitor attendees reference the email they received from ACDIS/HCPro Events <customerservice@hcpro.com> and follow the instructions provided.
A few general reminders:
– We will not be offering lead retrieval for this event. Your team is responsible to collect leads from this event on their own.
– “Know Before You Go” emails have been released to all attendees including Exhibitors registrants. Please confirm that all your team members that they received these emails with essential event information.
– All table exhibits will be equipped with a 6’ draped table, wastebasket and two chairs, there is no drapery seperating table exhibits.
– Should your team decide to raffle off a prize to attendees, your team is responsible for collecting names and contacting your winner directly. ACDIS will not be making any announcements regard raffle prizes.
– We do not provide parking validations for the event. Should you have local team members attending this event, they are responsible for any incurred parking fees.
– Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to have any type of booth “entertainment” must provide this information to ACDIS in writing in advance of the event. No entertainment service will be allowed in the exhibit hall without written approval by ACDIS. Please refer to our Terms of Condition posted in the Exhibitor Portal for full details.
– Only still photography is allowed in the exhibit hall, no video or drones are allowed. Please refer to our Terms of Condition posted in the Exhbitior Portal for full details and information on confisaction of equipment and fines enforced by the Gaylor Palms.
– Team registrations – Registrations and badges have been created for all exhibitor staff. If any changes are needed, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-650-6787 in advance or let us know immediately once you arrive onsite. Badges can be pick-up on Saturday, May 3rd starting at 7am.
